I still have a C2D E8400 on a ASUS P5W DH-Deluxe laying around. It's from the generation where Intel started to absolutely dominate the CPU segment, till AMD eventually bulldozed them with Zen 3 & X3D.

@Nemen7 PC tech becomes worthless pretty quickly, unless it's some rare stuff (numbered limited editions or labeled review samples). The only old tech that retains some good value is old serviceable high end HiFi & gaming consoles + games.
