So they said we would be getting ARP refunds for avatar items we bought for the old system. Has anyone actually received this refund? I haven't.

From AWA on 2026/05/26: "Members were refunded 60% for purchases between 2025 and 2026 and 100% for items after 2026." I think I spent 3ARP on cosmetics 4 years ago, so I didn't get anything back.

I know for a fact I bought things after 2025, though I don't know how to see spendings that far back.

Try the discord under the community tab at the top of the alienware arena site. Quicker to get ahold of admins and ask questions or get help.
