them escaped now gives you -25% arp i dont undestand this artifact shit at all....
i used my points to purchase 2000 Dell Reward Points. showing as not claimed, but locked to stop me from purchasing again. took my arp, didnt give me my dellpoints.
its been over 24 hours still not changed

i didnt swap any artifacts. none of my daily ARP was being given to me. was wasting to buy arp on the market and after 2 hours didnt earn the last 3 i needed.... fine today tho
