I saw other issue or complaints about getting the Game Vault games. I have the same issue. I set my browser to the page and start watching it few minutes before it opens. I am watching the Windows clock then it turns and I refresh the page! Maybe this is unnecessary? I mean the page should refresh itself to able to buy the games? Since the refresh and the rush froze the site and when finally loads the game I wanted gone.
My method is wrong or the servers can't take the mount of requests?

EDIT: I messed up and had 5000 more hours than we needed. It's still coming down to the last day, though, so it's closer than a lot of Community Events have been in a while.

No, this is unacceptable. It doesn't make sense to have tons of ARP but being limited to one product each month in the Game Vault. It also doesn't make sense to not have simpler ways to obtain keys before they're already mysteriously gone before they're available. These limitations should be changed with reconstructed methods to obtain products without never having the chance to get them. Oh, I also really dislike how we don't have much DRP to redeem anymore and their availability forces you to wait longer.

I logged in at the right time, refreshed the page, and I couldn't get it to load for a couple of minutes. In that time the three games I was interested in all sold out.
Every month the same thing happens and it's clear that the admins are unable or unwilling to enact any change at all.
This site is feeling more and more like a sunk cost fallacy as DRP is also worth considerably less in my region due to the massive minimum spend.

I don't mind getting beaten to the punch, but it sucks when you get hit by one of the many website bugs, such as the Confirm button not showing up for a few seconds after the vault opened up and stuff already got bought out. At least I got my 3rd preference (Parcel Corps)

Did F5 just in time, got the confirm when click nothing happened, opened a new tab and the site gave my a 505 error for almost TWO min, when it got up it said i already bought it. Phew, it was a rush from anxiety and angry to happiness.
So, of course i'm gratefull for the game, thanks awa. But this is something to work on and improve, i was lucky because was aiming for a "cheap" game, but the rest was out of stock the moment the site got up.

The longest 3 minutes ever.
When the vault went live I managed to click on legacy of kain in time right when the webpage overloaded,
even reloaded twice during the freeze with no update or confirmation thought I was screwed but once it calmed and the site actually finished it said I had claimed my game for the month with the LOK code on my account but those 2-4 minutes of a frozen page with no idea if I got it or not was rough AF.

Every f...ing time the same b...it! I even tried to reload the page at exactly 10 seconds before the game vault opened so it would become available at exactly 7 pm(my timezone), but the site had different plans... After reloading again and waiting, it finally opened at 7:04 when all the keys were gone! I'm sorry guys, i really love AA, but this shit needs to change, its really unacceptable!

Have you considering account linking redemption so these game vault titles are actually added to people's accounts.
Maybe filtering out the bots that are just scarfing up keys to trade/sell would help.

Collect points for months to collect a game I ACTUALLY want and the thing hangs for about 30 seconds and then says all keys are gone. Alienware vault is a freaking joke.

refreshed at the second, redeemed Legacy of Kaine, page got stuck after clicking confirm, opened another tab and got a 505 error, when it was back everything was out of stock lol, did not get the game, no worries though :D
