People, you must understand that complaining here about the Game Vault won't do anything. This whole thing only exists for marketing purposes. Dell pays iGames for a platform where people engage with the Alienware brand; they show that people are interacting here "for free", so they are paid. Want to show you are unhappy? Kind of feels I will keep chasing those ARP points and there's nothing to spend them on. Any sensible Vault keys are gone the second vault opens. I do get that not everyone can get AAA game, but this is now ridiculous - I have nowhere to spend them at all. Been for years with the programme, but feels like I will stop doing quests and what not earn ARP

For all the people crying that they couldn't claim a game. First First of all you are not entitled to anything. Second There are only a limited amount of keys not thousands. Third There are literally hundreds if not thousands of people trying to claim something at the same time ofc the site will overload, happens to any site with that kind of heavy load/traffic. Fourth Grow the hell up, move on, better luck next time, touch grass.

I didn't fell asleep for 1-2 hours this time, but still couldn't get the game! So don't come at me with "you had 2 hours to redeem the game", no, I literally didn't. The Precinct literally was gone as soon as I refreshed the page WTF is this... not a single game redeemed this year...
The keys for The Precinct ran out in less than 3 seconds... By the time I went to click the button, it was already too late, even though it's not even a super popular game. This is really getting ridiculous.

The key for Precinct is for beta testing, is it full game key or will it get revoked later?
So I got The Precinct key from the Game Vault, but when I activated it, it stated "For Beta Testing", is it the full game or were the keys given to AlienwareArena wrong
Fortunately I was able to grab a key this month, I just hope it's actually the full game & not just a beta test key
