Too much to say with the minimal character limit here on AWA, so I will be using a screenshot taken after typing it on my PC to cover most of what I wanted to cover (not having the option to leave it in the survey itself).
I'm not seeing much point in doing the surveys on here...
I do the survey, but never gain ARP for it's completion, the task doesn't even get marked as completed...
Almost an hour down the drain & nothing to show for it...

UPDATE: I later managed to complete this by doing what Bobbydog66 stated; didn't even have to fill the survey out again, just opening it using the words & going back was enough to mark it as completed.

Seems I got negated the spear from the first day of Steam Quests this week, effectively breaking any possibility of getting "top rewards" when I did the mini-game.
Oh well, it'll just take longer before I consider a purchase on the Dell website again...

Ended up grabbing Lost Ember on GOG this month from the Game Vault. This personally wasn't a game I wanted (having more interest in Dino Crisis), but it appeared nobody else wanted it either (waiting until the 28th to give others a chance to get it that may have actually wanted it). Either way, I guess it's a game I can play if I get bored.
I like the idea of AWA giving GOG games & would like to see more GOG Game Vault redemption keys in the future, especially since I've lost trust in Steam...

I located this thread some time ago when I was researching AWA artifact perks.
It's a useful tool in determining functional artifacts for ARP boosts.
I'm leaving it here so I don't lose it again (having to go through my browser history to find it again) & so others who didn't know about it can also benefit from it:
