I have had my system since December. I have had nothing but problems with it. Tech support has had me reinstall windows four times. Had a tech out he couldn't do anything because screws were stripped on the motherboard. Had to send in the computer. I was without the computer for almost a week. Got the computer back and it wouldn't boot into windows. Had to call tech support again. They got me back in and had to reinstall windows again. The Alienware FX isn't working again.
