Hot do you vote on Arena Connect Polls?

I've entered the Game Vault several times now, and I've bought games there, but none of the associate achievements have popped. Has it happened to anybody else?

There's an Alienware Arena achievement on the section "Avatar" > "Try it on", that doesn't have any description. Does anybody know what it is?
