When trying to buy the "Sylphin Fission Blade" or the "10 Fragments" from the ARP Marketplace, I'm getting the following error message: "We cannot accept your purchase at this time. Thank you for your interest." I have enough ARP. Anyone knows what the issue might be?

I'm not able to play today's Daily Quest Game, I'm getting stuck at the loading screen. I have already tried with 3 different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge), all in Private/Incognito mode and with Extensions disabled, but he issue persists (check image). Is anyone else experiencing a similar behavior?
