Hello, Did anyone else have their Dell Reward Points get zeroed out back in May? I didn't notice right away because I was away but when I did notice it I thought it might just be a glitch and it would revert to normal soon. That obviously hasn't happened and I am out a lot of potential money. I have tried to contact Dell but getting through to a human is an exercise in futility. Anyone else dealt with this successfully?
