  • 1. Create or log in to your Alienware Arena account.
  • 2. Click the "GET KEY" button.
  • 3. Go to StarTrekOnline.com
  • 4. Log into your account or sign up for free
  • 5. Click the gear icon at the top right of the Arc Client
  • 6. Select "Activate a Product" and enter your code
  • 7. Launch the game and complete the Tutorial
  • 8. Claim the item from the CStore in the "Promotions" tab. Ships can be found in the "Ships" tab
