Where do you convert Dell points into Dell Dollars?
I have some points expiring soon and want to convert them but I can't find anywhere on the Dell page to do that.
I've done it several times before but I can't find the converter tool on the site anymore.
The Rewards page now only shows the current dollar balance and the cash expiring balance. Anyone have any ideas?

You can convert points to Dell Dollars and apply that to your purchase directly from your cart if you are logged in to Dell My Account. Or you can access the Dell Rewards Store (via Dell My Account and then the Dell Rewards tab).

There, you can redeem your points online for Dell Dollars or opt to call in to use your points.

I've been all over that Dell Rewards page and see nothing anywhere that allows me to convert my points. I used to do it so I know what it used to look like but it's not there anymore.

The points entry on the Dell site is Missing. I left a message for customer care in the Dell Forums.

I found a link for the Rewards store in Discord and was finally able to get there but I still haven't seen any link to that store on the Rewards page unless I'm just missing something totally obvious.

Whew, thought I was tripping or missed something to convert and lost out! Hopefully it fixes before the 15th of next month since I need the Points to go with Dollars that are expiring then to order RAM.

Yep, all I'm seeing are the points I've already converted into Dell Dollars. I can't see the unconverted points anymore.
