Have you tried turning it off and on again? 😉 Connection via a hub, monitor, etc. could be the issue. Connect it directly to a USB port on your PC.

Yes, I restarted the device a couple of times and tried several ports. I also checked my internet connections, but I still can't update it.

Got the same issue with a German system - try setting the regional settings in you windows to English US. They seem to use some operations in the updater which need the US format.

In the past, I had some success running the update exe directly without Alienware Center. I am also in a German system.

I was having the same issue with my Alienware keyboard. A few minutes ago, I changed the regional settings as suggested in the comments and updated the Alienware Command Center. It worked!
