what do I do with extra battle pass tokens?
I have 5 left and nothing left to spend them on.

Unless they decide to change something, you have to use them or lose them. They don't roll over to the next season. ;^)

Nothing, you will lose them at the end of the month. They made it where you need to plan what you will spend them on with the chance of not having enough to buy one more thing. They should at least allow us to buy 1 ARP per remaining token.

They could have made a 10 APR for 5 tokens options for people to get rid of small leftovers. The left overs def trigger people's OCD tendencies.
