well, in the vault something went wrong, I bought Banishers: Ghost of New Eden with my ARP, a message appeared saying that I had already bought it when I went to see if I had received the key I didn't and my ARP remains the same, can someone from support explain to me what happened? why did I get a message saying that I had already bought the product and I hadn't received the key? it doesn't make any sense.

damn it... this is very disappointing, i'd be asleep by now, i made a sacrifice to be up to speed to get Banishers: Ghost of New Eden and in the end it seems that the bots got the keys...

Same happened with me. Figured I had it and stopped trying. Check my keys and didn't see it and by that time it was already sold out.

There's hundreds to thousands of people trying to get keys at once. So more than likely due to an overload it assigned more winners than there were keys. When it went to give you a key there was none left in the key lot.
