Artifacts: I was looking at the active perks from the artifacts I have equipped and I am not seeing the 2nd effect from the Spotoc Flux Epoc (+10% to all ARP earned) am I missing something. I see all the other effects listed. I also checked ARP progress and not seeing any +10% (or the numerical equivalent listed)

That's a set effect, it's only active if you have 3 of the same set (so you'd need Flux, Arches, and Zorathian). Probably not worth pursuing sets other than Stanley Excavation for reduced market cost, and just using individual artifacts.

I've been using AWA for a while and I just learned about Artifact sets too. I like the idea though I've yet to get a full set myself.

It says there the artifact effect is increasing community events time playing a 30% (which means you can do it in less time). The 10% in all ARP earned is the "Zorathian Set" effect and you need to equip the three of them to have the effect

you can get them under "Artifracts and Frags" in the "Reward Shop" or some come from daily calendar or events
