Dell Rewards just massively changed (balances, DRP, terms, expiration, Dell Dollars are all different now!)
Hope a MOD will pop in to explain fully!

My balances went from more than 300 credits to zero. And I don't find a way to contact anyone. The AI is sending me in circles.

there's no more conversion from DRP to Dell Dollars, which means there's no extending the expiration window. Instead, Dell Dollars now expire on the last day of the 6th month after they were earned.

This both shortens the expiration window and significantly impacts how much we can save to put toward a single major purchase. For US users, anyway. It may vary by region.

Ouch. I'd been using that trick of going through the ordering process right up to actually confirming the order and then backing out, to convert my points into Dell Dollars, in order to get an extra 6(?) months to accumulate a larger bal.

I guess, come September, that little hack will no longer be available. Meaning, that is when my current balance will expire, and I'll be limited to whatever I earn during the normal way.

I'm just glad they didn't delete the Rewards program. 😬 Dell shares have more than doubled 📈 with their focus on building AI hardware, so they don't need us home consumers right now. 😓
