It won't matter. They will at the best case scenerio give the base twitch ARP bonus. So we will lose out on the extra arp from artifacts either way.

I don't think so. Anyway it's a bad perios for AWA, with both twitch and Steam broken so no Twitch watches and no Steam Events, the participation of users will drop a lot.
