OK, so I got a key for System Shock from the community giveaway. Entered the key on Steam and... Just my luck. What's the procedure here? I know I won't get my ARP back, but now I'll be blocked for not redeeming a key I cannot redeem. EDIT: Just saw in the e-mail there's a place to report the issue on the giveaway page. If you enter a community giveaway, be aware that this can happen. not available for purchase in this country

So before entering a giveaway, always check first on Steam if you can get the game in your region.

The game is sold in my country, the key isn't for some reason. Can't even say if it is from the game, Steam just show that.

Some keys are region restricted when you try to by on key sites so it's probably that
