I don't know what they've done, but some days quests won't let me pass security check, game quests won't count time played, community event also counts nothing. Very sad week.

Many times play time on Steam or watching Twitch will be counted later on the day because Twitch and Steam only allow so many requests for playtime from Alienware at a time.

I'd reboot. Last time that happened my security cert had expired. Reboot made my issues go away
