I brought a $10 GoGift Gift Card, but it's not showing in my account. It's not showing Claimed in the Marketplace, when I try and purchase it again it says "You've already bought this product" It took my ARP, it's not showing the amount in red -minus in ARP history but it's showing ARP points removed from my ARP Log?

I tried to claimed the $10 again and it worked, but it charged me again and got my ARP twice, the first time it charge me but it didn't go through, will I get a refund of my ARP for the first failed transaction?

I bought the same card as you, they took away my ARP and I have neither the ARP nor the card. And if you buy it again, you end up spending double its value (7600 total 3800 + 3800 the initial purchase and the repurchase)

<mention></mention>Belen_Esteban I got charged twice for the $10 gift card, the first time I did it gave me a error, when I refresh I check My Rewards page, it wasn't there. My ARP got removed, but it wasn't showing in ARP Log the minus- purchase history.

<mention></mention>Belen_Esteban but I could see my ARP was taken. After 2-3 hours later I tried again, it worked, but it took my ARP second time, this time it showed up on my ARP Log. I believe it's a error or a bug. Nothing has been fixed at my end.
