Try via mobile application and mobile internet. That's how I managed to solve the matter. So tell me if you succeeded. Otherwise, I don't use any adblock or similar.

Logout, press "CTRL + F5" and login again. Try it. if didnt work, delete all cookies relatively to this page in your browser.

Last time I got the "Captcha verification failed" error, I checked my ARP Log before trying to purchase again. Saw a deduction, so I ended up finding my new item was already in the My Rewards section.

Have you tried downloading via Wi-Fi or mobile data? This method worked for another user. It works for me too.
