Why are Fragments so rare?
It takes years to upgrade all the Artifacts.

You can buy them in the Marketplace and you get them every month. They are also normally included in Community Events. I did not find it hard to upgrade my artifacts all the way.

<mention>subtrycher</mention> - 10 fragments every 90 days in the marketplace. 5 Fragments per month (assuming you log in daily). For a grand total of 100 per year. It takes 58 fragments to fully upgrade 1 Artifact. I consider that rare.

Why shouldn't they be rare? If everyone could buy all the artifacts right away and level them up, there would be no point in logging into the arena every day or month. Those who are here for the long haul accept the conditions and play by

I -think- (because I don't participate) there is around 2-ish steam community events each month. And there's always at least 5 fragments in those if the hours are reached (which they usually are). So another 10 a month.
