how do i get beyond Tier 1? ive been stuck for such a long time. any advice?

it's based on your all time arp total, new tiers as you collect more at specific milestones. You can still spend the arp as well without it affecting your tier growth.

Tier 2: 2,500 ARP, Tier 3: 7,000 ARP, Tier 4: 12,000 ARP, Tier 5: 18,000 ARP

After 318 ARP you should reach Tier 2. The amount can be collected in 2-3 weeks.

It's time and participation in events, discord, steam quests, twitch stream watching, on top of getting artifacts when they show up and upgrading them (if possible) when ya can. They want ya for the long haul, but it does eventually pay off

You are missing out an extra 2 Twitch points by having The Black Rose equipped instead of Scion of the Light. You can also upgrade it to level two for the extra +1 to Twitch.

Remember to upgrade two of your starter artifacts, so get 2% off market place purchases and +2 points Twitch maximum (so 17 instead of 15). The fragment cost is low so worthwhile doing
