Go to Community/Hive and from there go to Twitch It worked equally well for me

All I do when that happens to me is simply log off twitch and log back on and the streamer appears on-line again.

Just open the stream, mute the tab, put it in the background and ignore it, ARP will accumulate. After ARP starts to accumulate you can even pause it and it will still accumulate.

You don't have to start from Arena. Open Twitch in your browser, look for a known Alienware streamer that is online and open that stream.

Note: make sure you "follow" the streamers; then they appear in the list at the left side of the Twitch page.
