For anyone part of the linux gang. Please recommend distros for general office work, programming and gaming (basically for everything :D)? Willing to give it a shot since Windows 10 extended support runs out this year.

The word right now, "Linux Mint" for absolute beginners, "Bazzite" for gaming only, "CachyOS" if you know what you're doing & want the best from both worlds. Just try them out life or install them on multiple partitions.

The usual recommendations are Ubuntu and Fedora. You can't really go wrong with either. I use EndeavorOS but it's not for beginners. I recommend using the KDE version of whatever you pick though.
