January 30th... Still not received the jan 1st border. Any fix expected ? The other two from this month were earned just fine.

This happened to me a couple times with the 500 DRP rewards from the monthly checkins. I was told to go to Discord and ask for help there and they gave me a code to redeem. The code said it gave me DRP, but it never actually got it.
