For all the people crying that they couldn't claim a game. First First of all you are not entitled to anything. Second There are only a limited amount of keys not thousands. Third There are literally hundreds if not thousands of people trying to claim something at the same time ofc the site will overload, happens to any site with that kind of heavy load/traffic. Fourth Grow the hell up, move on, better luck next time, touch grass. Have a nice weekend ya'll ;)

I don't cry for the low amount of key, i cry for the system who sucks. Why they don't change the system so? A lotery by example. Something equal to all. You're not agree?

Many have stated that some countries have such legal restrictions against such systems, which I can understand when they informed me of it when I suggested a raffle system, it would work, but due to those countries, it's unfair to them too

AWA demands our time & attention for pts so when they can’t be used we have the right to complain. Not enough keys ? AWA is responsible & could use a fairer system than 1st come 1st served. Better luck next time ? No, it will be the same.

@Tucs No i don't think a lottery system is a good way at all. Might be more fair yes but chances of winning will be even worse then ay worse how it currently works.

@Yemeth79 You simply want freebies from AWA which takes some effort but its obviously your own choice to do so. I do agree there are some ways to make it more fair tho.

Personally I think it was quite interesting to see the amount of people who said they'll skip this month due to not having any games they wanted, but still currently doesn't look like any different than previous time before...

Lotery is much worse, the community giveaways works exactly like that, and since them i only won one key there, and i participate in almost all of them, Game Vault with a system like that would me much worse. But they need to improve things

or, you know, Alienware shouldn't set up a system where demand vastly outstrips supply and it just ends up in website crashes and hurt feelings. letting people take a week to do reservations and havving a lottery system might work well.

Last month where the vault opened at the wrong time the keys lasted for HOURS! Random opening within a timeframe also randomizes the "winners". Plus putting previous games again into the vault 1-3 years down the road would be a way.

@MARSM4N if Vault will be open randomly this is worst thing at all, its like lottery but worse, you have to check Vault every hour and it can be open when you go to sleep or smth else
