Received my Alienware Rewards ARP order and they shorted me an item! What can I do?
I ordered both plush items, but only received the keychain. Is the anyway to contact the new fulfillment company or am I just out 1200 ARP for the larger Plush?

I received an e-mail from Alienware Arena/Shipstation with a tracking number and shipment contents. When it got here I got 2 of the 3 total items in the shipment contents.
