I like mine a lot. Only negative I've found is that it does run a bit hot and the fans can be loud. Llano cooling pad on order.

Finally, an ALIENWARE cooling stand, designed for Alienware. Every AWA survey I've submitted on my laptop play I comment it runs too hot. I've settled for other manufacturers and all have their design faults, making a "generic" tool and trying to please too many, often results in poorly fitting accessories.

Indeed, my curiosity is piqued.
